James is the best realtor we could have asked for. Throughout the entire process he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions we had. James has a thorough understanding of the home buying process. During the touring and inspection phase, James came prepared with his own questions and notes. He wasn’t afraid to speak up to the construction manager or the inspector to ensure nothing was missed and that we had a full understanding of every aspect of the home. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with James as first time home buyers. James listened to what we wanted, fielding all of our questions, and always gave us the information we needed in a very timely manner. We ran into some complications with our lender, and James handled the situation with poise and professionalism.
