James is the best realtor we could have asked for. Throughout the entire process he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer any questions we had. James has a thorough understanding of the home buying process. During the touring and inspection phase, James came prepared with his own questions and notes. He wasn’t afraid to speak up to the construction manager or the inspector to ensure nothing was missed and that we had a full understanding of every aspect of the home. During the buying process he was an excellent negotiator and served as a fantastic resource for us as we went through the closing process. We’ve already recommended him to friends, and I would highly recommend James to absolutely anyone looking to purchase a home in the Houston area. ~ Zach E

James did an excellent job in helping us find our new home. We looked at many properties over the course of six weeks, and James was always prompt to set up showing appointments (sometimes same-day). He took the time to inspect each home from the foundation to the roof and didn't hesitate to say "walk away" if he saw that upcoming repair bills were not reflected in the asking price. James helped us find a great house twelve years ago, when we first moved to Texas, then another one, then sell one of those just recently, and each time it was very comforting to know we were in good hands.
